Ragnars Skafferi is our homely lunch restaurant located in Stockholm City Hall, named after the building’s architect, Ragnar Östberg. Here, we serve wholesome, handcrafted food inspired by Swedish home cooking and flavours from around the world. Our chefs let the seasons guide them and quality lead the way, creating honest dishes made with care and curiosity.

In our cosy café area, you can enjoy freshly ground coffee and homemade pastries while taking in the calm surroundings of the City Hall’s historic architecture. Every Thursday, we serve classic Swedish pea soup – and of course, a glass of punch for those who wish.

Ragnars Skafferi is certified by Svanen and KRAV, Kranmärkt, and proud Biogas Ambassadors – meaning we use organic ingredients, reduce food waste, and contribute to sustainable energy production.
